I was in attendance at the SLC meeting, Platon-Bull was not !
There was no discussion regarding preferred shares, or anything other than increasing the common by 10% to 15%, totaling 2.2 to 2.3 billion shares, as I recall, all at the meeting stated that they would support that reasonable increase.
Platon's-Bull's statement was, and I am paraphrasing here, "I understand Chris requested a share increase in Salt Lake City, and was turned downed, UNBELIEVEABLE"
Again, completely false, our friend Bull should get his facts straight here well prior to being so presumptuous and making such statements...
It makes ,me wonder which side of the fence this fellow is really on, and what are his true motives ?????
