That's a new one me. D. that is. Basically is a fancy voter share and not a preferred by name which meant that it was preferred to common in liquidation (it got before common got). Okay shows you I just knew what they taught for my BBA, and not ever looked into actual certs.
So is F a real preferred (over common)?
