bushmantrader, with all due respect...Bill has said Grandfathered...meaning these by-laws do not pertain to CEN Biotech...the new by-law doesn't affect us. We do not have to comply with it. We have lawful non conforming land use rights. We can't be "shut down" by a new by-law.

We've been non conforming since the application to HC for our license was presented & the town was formally notified... That was before the clown council ever did anything. The existing by-laws for agriculture at that time apply to this day...period.
