It's my understanding that 3B was not something that the group in Salt Lake City was willing to work with. Correct me if I'm wrong.
We spoke about this J a couple of days ago, on the phone, and we both were working with at least 3 Billion on Valuation Models.
The reality J is we can't know what is reasonable until the filings are in and we get to look at where the O/S is currently. This has to take into account the conversion of all Preferred Shares and anything else that will convert to common.
