One thing we all have to remember, just because a merger occurred it really has caused no significant change in XUN at this point in time and therefore it does not have to be 8k'd I don't believe.

Jerry could PR it however, to help bring further awareness to XUN and what is going on as the puzzle pieces are being fit together, if he wishes to. He does not have to do this either as far as my knowledge of SEC rules go.
