that takes *imo* prox 4 and 5 .. from 75% to 100% completion

guess what comes to pass then

they have a new *home*

monies budgeted for billion $ babies doesn't come from petty cash
agreements based on billion $ babies are as varied as potential buyers

agreements (plural) require *legal* counsel (all sides)

guess what sux up the most time >> ding ding ding (just for you restalker)

that would be agreements under a microscope by all parties' *counsel*
