for a sequence of material events that can't be misinterpreted by anyone
(not just masters' minions)

i called this sequence DOMINO

who took one third of his salary via PTOI stock (approx $12,500/per closing
PPS per Q)

cue that dolt's form request

as of November 2014's *filings* >> i see only 2 outcomes in play re: P2O

both financially benefit P2O investors .. even the whiners

one gives a partially laddered cover (20.00 to 40.00) based on 5 years' aggregate abusive efforts *against* PTOI

the other will clearly be a price tag *above* a certain price point
one can mix in any *valuation* that they believe fits

either *outcome* will trigger threshold
