The daily changes are not that accurate unless you are a subscriber for a small monthly fee.
That 47,600 is closer to being a 30 avg I think, but with 5+ bln O/S, our assumed 1+ bln "true" float, 47,600 is nothing.
When we wrap up what's left to start flying passengers and the revs start coming in, the pps going into Dollar Land, the short positions will be hefty...IMO.
