The only way that would be possible is that when they have shorted a while back and have not covered already, maybe hoping to get 1's... Having said that, I don't know how much time there is between the actual short sale and the time one has to buy them back to cover..., Does anyone know this here?

@mother-trucker, the annual fins will not be audited... at least those for 2010 & 2011 weren't...
