I think a buyout of the current share structure puts it in the pennies range since the technology can be replicated for a few million dollars at most with a competent Engineering team.
Nobody would spend 400-500 million dollars for something that can be done for a few million.
Even Bordynuik only spent 65 million and he wasted most of that on ridiculous purchases, trips, salaries, properties, etc.
All a company interested in entering the field would have to do is finance an Engineering team and their project for a few million and then IPO legitimately.
They would not need current share structure or Bordynuiks project.
