And yet once again you fail to explain why any company would spend upwards of 400-500 million dollars in a 'buyout' when by using educated and trained engineers they could replicate this technology for several million dollars at most if they choose to enter this field.
Fairly simple concept.
It has nothing to do with the SEC, cesspools,dolts,equities, trading,etc. They are irrelevant and were used as a way to deflect from the only point of the discussion.
It only has to do with common sense fiscal business decision of costs.
And spending a half a billion dollars for something that can be obtained by manufacturing and designing for less than 5 million is considered possibly the dumbest business decision ever.
