In theory, if FITX believes the zoning changes do not affect their agricultural value-added, legal non-conforming status, then they wouldn't appeal any county decisions. Right?
The county (I believe) would be deciding on whether its ok for Lakeshore to only allow future MMPR facilities in industrial/employment zones.
