I dont think the 2011 fins will be filed with SEC for now. after the pref are filed with FL,  the S-1 will be filed for the audited fins and uplist. The S-1 filing with audited fins and ultimate uplist to SEC reporting exchange will be exciting. As always anything can happen, we can get a surprise here.
