I need to know what brokerage will accept restricted shares of BLTA and lift the restriction as it expires. I will NOT be selling. I just want to consolidate. FINRA being the Stalinist organization that they are have scared off TD Ameritrade and as you know we can only by OTC shares for our account. I also have a wad there. None of the other guys want any and I think Scott Trade will only touch them when they hit $1.

I will remember these uncooperative groups in the future.
