we already know that WM has found the A co. *wanting*

not only do i believe that RH has total awareness of P2O's inherent value
i would expect any price tag negotiated would be 3 to 5 x the cost of the
original PIPE investors (80c)

again this is just one potential in play ..(both outcomes trigger threshold)

beyond curious to see what 8K is filed next by P2O's mgmt
