Apparently, some people think there is merger that's going to rescue them. lol
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that JanesCard hasn't launched yet, Dharmanol barely exists if at all, and they are still having trouble collecting AR. Somehow a merger of this business is supposed to be a good thing.
Personally, I wouldn't merge my business with a fake one.
