I've said this before with a good plan Treaty can make this work for them , Chris needs to use this down turn when inking a deal by proving to investors ( banks ) that he has a plan in our case delay is a good thing, don't move to soon that will show ,knowledge of the situation fortunes are made and lost in such times.
Now no one needs this stock to move up more than I but now is not the time for haste .
