Question for the board. I easily could attend the meeting on the 2nd and schedule a one on one with Gerald. What I am looking for are good questions that I could ask him. Since this idea popped into my head, I have just one question so far. #1) Were you expecting the share price to be higher based on the news and events that have transpired this year? If yes, then, do you believe that you have news in the future that will fulfill your objective of raising the share price to a level that will allow an up-list from a position of strength? If he answered no to the first question, I would ask how this error in judgement occurred.
Since there wasn't an opportunity to ask questions during the CC, I thought this would be a great chance to ask some of the questions we didn't get to ask. Also, is there anyone else in the LA area that would want to join me and maybe ask questions with me at the same time. No need to ask the same questions from different individuals. Perhaps he would meet with more than one. Just my thoughts.
