The problem is nobody knows what the sec is looking into but you can be sure they are reviewing everything and anything Joe noel was,is involved in. That includes mdhi. Mdhi is current, first time ever, yet the selling pressure continues, this is the best mdhi has, and nobody cares, probably less than 30 shareholders own more than 90% of the company, and they are all looking for an exit, which includes Joe noel and his group that own nearly 30% of mdhi. How will they sell these shares while the stock barely trades,....death spiral and single pennies look like its on the horizon, IMO.
