Personally - I think those posts are legit. I think there's no better place to publicise a class action against a forum - than on the forum that is being taken to court.

Word will spread like wildfire. Wait till a few folks start tweeting about it on Twitter and then a few others start to Re-Tweet those same messages. This news will get to millions of people in a very short space of time.

It will spread like wildfire and the court will be overwhelmed with the new filings of each company or individual that joins the class action suit.

Ideally, every case that is brought should be treated like a separate action. Any attorneys who are employed to defend individuals will be rubbing their hands as their billable hours go through the roof!
