In my view, there are several things that should be taken from the PR which was just released.
First, that the PR was expressly noted saying that it was the 'INTENTION' of the company to move forward with the plan to do a spin off of Cen Bio.
No place did it say, in progress, or anything that would indicate a timeline. In short, even though they may have been thinking about it and actually discussed it, the only indicator they gave that movement in that direction was present, was the BOD resigning immediately.
Now, later one person did say they spoke with IR who he said told him that the BOD was moving to Cen Bio, and that a PR would be forthcoming. That is just a rumor until conformation comes from the company. No dis respect, or doubt that the conversation did not happen, as it probably did. Just better to keep facts, facts.

A lot of hoo rah has been had on how the share structure will look once the spin off takes place, if in fact it does.
Quite honestly, there are probably 50 viable options, and directions the company could go with that, and MOST of them would be dependent on something besides the shares. It would be dependent on which company's are attached to which parent company.
As far as I know....no one knows what that will look like yet, and that said , no one knows that the share structure will look like either.

I have to assume that many, or at least some of you guys have read the listing requirements I gave links to. I hope so, as I did that to supply you with a guide on viable choices for the uplist, as well as the not so viable ones. That way you could eliminate the ones that there is a low probability of. Also, you may want to note that it is possible, that we could list internationally in both the Canadian and U.S. exchanges. So, as you can see, there are many options.

How the company determines how they want to move forward, and what plans they have in place is something known by ALL of the BOD's and the upper management. I would not expect them to divulge any useful information which may help not friendly entities to retard our progression in moving forward. Nor should any of you.
I do understand that in pinky land people get used to many, many PR's because the companies want to portray transparency. Reality is that that is NOT what they are doing at all in most cases. Actually they use play on words to make it SOUND that way, but, most do not have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. Not the case here in my opinion, and NOT a point I wish to argue with anyone over because I have done my DD, and believe it. If you have not....well, too bad.

On the time lines.....my guess......will be between 3 to 6 months.
It should be understood that massive amounts of paperwork needs to be completed to many different people, many requirements need to be proven out, and many permission's need to be given for this to happen. The company did warn that we 'INTEND' to try to do this, but, may or may not be successful. So, do not get too carried away too soon. We have time, and there is not a doubt in my head as the new structure begins to take place, we will have more information on what it will all look like, and be able to understand the details as a whole.

Any suppositions on what MAY, happen, or COULD, happen will more than likely be wrong, when it comes to what DOES happen.
One thing Bill has been constant with is surprises (for the good), in how he is building this business, and I expect the same in this instance. I do expect extreme caution on what he put's out and when though. So, all I can advise is that you guys chill out, and wait for the details on how this will all work. Hints have been given for over a year now, and over time more and more information keeps coming to light and implemented to expand the business model. I have no reason to think this will be any different.

It is very easy to ask a question to which you know there is no possible answer, and perhaps some think that makes them look smart. Well, doesn't hurt to think I suppose, but, ya might want to get a reality check there.
Many people are invested in this, IN MY OPINION, way too deeply, with funds they should not have used to buy any stock. But, that is the way it is, and because the pps is down, now they are freaking out, and not thinking in a rational way. That is the problem with getting so deep in with money you should be more careful with. So, for those who did that, please, give the rest of us a break with the emotional nonsense of crying and kicking and screaming about how much money your loosing. Who's fault is it ? The pps will not stay down, and things will get better. If you do not think so, simply take a loss and move on. Nobody needs all the drama, please.

I for one have full confidence in this company and it's BOD's and with good reasons. Mainly because I do my homework on it.
If any person has valid questions they can't find answer's to, let me know in public or private, and I will try to help. GLTA
