It is interesting...I am still focusing on the details of the ESS acquisition. Between FDA documents, the "presentation slides", Regenicin history, Lonza/Regenicin litigation history and Napodano's take on the "acquisition" ...it is a lot of info to disseminate...
In a short period of time JN did some detailed DD for us with regards to ESS/PermaDerm. Interesting was his quote from his take on the deal...
