Chart says it will and thensome. It won't be too long now. I suspect well be testing $0.066 by the end of next month at the latest (the only thing that might, MIGHT,  hold it back is if the tick change takes a bit longer). Book value for a 2yr+ well accumulated stock that is performing above expectations is not a matter of IF, just WHEN.
