I stand by my post. I don't feel it was negative. It represents how I really feel. I think I mentioned that if we partner in something soon with up front money to pay for the purchase of ESS and the Eltoprazine trial, our pps will go up to .20 cent or higher and we can up list.
Another way we can get above .20 cents is to get revenue guidance from Gerald higher than 1 million.
Without either of the above two things happening, we won't get above .10 cents for awhile, or up list for awhile.
I think I am being realistic. The announcement of ESS did not cause the stock to go up. I said I hoped Gerald wasn't depending on that for us to up list in the near future.
If being willing to endure staying below .10 cents until 2016 before our pps gets above .25 cents is the "pact" longs on this mb have to make to stay in good graces....then I'm afraid I am going to be a continual disappointment to some.
I'm hoping Gerald's "Holding Company" strategy includes some catalysts that get us above .20 cents in the very near future so we can up list to NASDAQ. ESS will not do that. Encouraging Lympro Revenue guidance or some kind of partnership are the only things that will do that.
