Not necessarily. Based on the information provided by Carrie, I believe we have a better even chance of getting the Texas case thrown out.
My guess is that they will stay in quiet mode until they either give up and call it quits or finally get David Turner to cease and desist. It is plausible that a settlement arrangement in the Texas case could include such wordings as to free us from David's persecution.
We will just have to wait and see.
