Yeah, you're right. They're not gonna delist,there's too much money to be made issuing new shares. And despite what Nadia says,the SEC doesn't really enforce rules anymore so there's no telling how long this charade can go on.
Just today i had to sell 3000 shares to pay the electric bill. Of course that could have been only 800 shares if the pps was still 15 cents and they hadn't been lying and diluting all the past year,over promising and not delivering.
