This pdf of the Lakeshore By-Laws Amendment is what the city council will vote on (not further discuss) and finalize on Tuesday, Nov. 25th. It will then be sent to the county for final approval or rejection. You are correct that it still says that MMJ can not be processed on Agricultural land and is precisely why, IMHO, that it will be rejected by the county of Essex...
