I am not a Pink Sheet Trader. My comfort level is on big board small caps. I don't blindly jump on to a moving stock just because it shows positive motion on an alert screen. I have found companies by watching alert screens, but i don't jump in and ride them for a couple of hours, for that one day trade. Once i see positive motion, I look at the company to find a reason for the motion. I look at the financials, the management, the product, the location, does the location support the activity, and then when i have a clear view of whats going on, then i choose to invest, but since i spent so much time investigating, i will have undoubtedly missed the boat for that one day's profit. That's fine, I'm going in for the duration of the upward trend, which could be for a few days, a couple of weeks, or even months.
As I've written before, when i first wanted to invest in this whole new legal cannabis industry that's opening up, I looked at all the companies that were popping up, but many of them seemed to built on rumors, lies, weak credentials, or questionable business plans.
With Creative Edge Nutrition I saw none of that. I did not see a run of the mill Pink Sheet company, I saw a successful company that had what it takes to move out of the quagmire that infects the Pinks.
Here is a company that is entering the new industry by using the same experience and practices that allowed Bill Chaaban to successfully run a rapidly expanding sports nutrition and supplement company. Even in January when they were just beginning to break ground, this was clearly a good investment. Since then he has completed the build out, brought on board a dazzling array of professionals across multiple industries, established several avenues of expansion through other related industries, and developed connections with several key players in the global community.
I have continued to follow the progress of this plan unfolding, and invested heavily, in the full knowledge that the returns will be plentiful. I have fully immersed myself in this community of investors who bring an amazing degree of intelligence and experience to the table, where we have collectively explored the many facets of the company, and together have developed an integral understanding of the enormity of this undertaking.
We have watched while the company has come under attack from a relentless group of typical Pink Sheet style bashers who spread misinformation and boldface lies while being funded by other companies that fear it's imminent successes. Even the Market Makers themselves have profited by manipulating our share price in tune to the fears created by such unethical charlatans who prey on the insecurities of the novice investor.
Due to such despicable behavior, shares are now being traded far below the level of any realistic valuation.
The Company has responded by continuing to expand its presence to the level where it can be very attractive to the type of investor who consider themselves too sophisticated to muddy themselves by dabbling in the Pinks.
To introduce our company to this next level of investor, The Company has put it's best foot forward, and is creating a new company that will have a share structure, and financials, that upon Initial Public Offering will get the attention of those higher level financiers that it so richly deserves.
In a tremendous show of gracefulness, the new company, Cen Biotech, will issue shares on a pro rata basis (equal value shares by percent) to the original Creative Edge Nutrition shareholders.
The new company will have a more streamlined ability to prosper with access to higher markets, and will no longer be hindered by the attention of Pink Sheet manipulators.
So What will happen to Creative Edge Nutrition?
When I first invested, I viewed it as a well structured fast growing company whose market recognition is on the rise. This has not changed. Only it's share price has been manipulated and maligned by a small group of bashers who were only aware of it because of its involvement in the legal cannabis sector.
As it will no longer be directly involved in this sector, it will lose the attention of the shortsighted bashers, and should be able to continue it's growth in the sports nutrition and supplement sector. The shares of this that we retain will eventually find there true level, based on what future financials indicate.
They may not show the extraordinary growth that we expect from Cen Biotech, but because they will still have access to the resources of a vertically intergrated business model, the potential for substantial growth is very present.
So if you are a new investor, respect the Due Diligence of a very savvy and dedicated group of investors. Recognize that we have a CEO and BOD who are committed to making the right moves every step of the way.
Hold on tight to your old shares, and your new ones. They will all be very valuable!
