The spinoff news is almost without question the tip of the iceberg. It certainly isn't out of the question to believe licensure may be being held in abeyance until Lakeshore gets its collective act together. That may unleash a flood of information in the form of PRs should that be the case.

Of course this is just speculation and may not be at all accurate.
