At this rate, it is more probable that Joel will get to that 5.1 billion O/S number by the end of December. Like you said, the next thing is to lower the Authorized to that number, which I think will happen sooner rather than later. My question is whether or not he will lower the authorized shares in December which is the time he try and hit that 5.1 number.
