If you would read the first four topics at the top of this page you may find the answers to many of your questions. Also, try the FITXlong FB page and the CENBio FB pages listed on their sites...BTW, there is no reason for the spin-off to be turned down and Bill and the BOD are all still the major stock holders of the nutritional side of the Company, so even though they may have moved to the CENBio side of FITX, they will by no means be "out of the Company entirely".
