Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. (OTC Pink: GRCU) ("Green Cures" or the "Company"
announced today that it intends to merge with Green Cures Inc. ("GCI", a California corporation and the major controlling shareholder of Green Cures.
Interesting that the major controlling shareholder is merging with GRCU.....wonder just how many shares this major controlling shareholder has....will those shares be retired upon the settlement of the merger....
