I don't doubt that we get free shares of the company. What I doubt is that people are saying we instantly double our money, when that's not possible. The value of our shares, before our after the spinoff, will be the same. I know it will change after the spinoff, but it will not instantly create free money, which is what some people seem to be thinking.
