What I would like to see is a clear concise break down of the two future companies.
Shareholder who have stock shares before close on xx/xx/xx (date) will get two companies.
Shares bought after this date get separate companies.
Idea on share break down with an example.
Hemp, Vegas/Nevada, MJ insurance and others, which company goes where.
