Mdhi is fully reporting and nobody cares, not much volume, and stock feels very weak, with a lot of sellers lined up to sell. Joe Noel timing couldn't be worse for mdhi, he is clearly a scam artist, the question is, is Ronnie Adams involved. Nobody knows for sure, but I gurantee the s.e.c. Will be looking at mdhi and any other company joe Noel has been involved with. Finally what about the shares joe and his group own, from the last k it seems they own almost 30 % of mdhi. If he isn't allowed to trade or own penny stocks anymore, do they just dump the shares at market, take away the shares, I have no idea, but clearly almost 1.5 million shares is gonna be a big problem for mdhi and Ronnie Adams.
