I believe they are legit. However, I think maybe they underestimated the whole thing and counted on the foreign contracts as a cash infusion. The delays made them suffer $$$wise imo.

Well, there is a container that should arrive shortly, and another one that should leave for Brazil soon...

The Brazil container should give them a nice cash infusion on top of the US sales.

NY will be a big hit too imo.
