I think it has to do with balance, who are we kidding we all know if we do get a spin off, it will be our cen bio shares that will make us money. Although hemp tech is suitable to be under cen bio that would create a huge imbalance. Hemp is the premier renewable resource and as we all know deals with food, fuel, shelter and medicine. My guess is it will only help balance these two holdings...
