What if all this has been in the works for some time now? I'm thinking back to early summer with Bills pic at NASDAQ, the big fish added to the BOD, and all of the recent foreign travel. Seems like a bad time to throw out a PR that addresses share structure if you couldn't follow it up with a focused course of action. It looks to me like the homework has been done and we are about to see some more PRs. Would it make sense to see PRs regarding clarification of CenBio share structure and RXNB merger prior to receipt of license?
