This is my take on the spin off in layman's terms. You better get in now while the price of FITX is this cheap because there was no shareholder as of date detailed in the pr because there isn't one yet. When that day comes assuming it does if your a shareholder as of the date listed you'll be receiving shares of the new company on a percentage basis of what you owned in FITX so it will be an equal trade with the new shares but you will also own shares in FITX.

Here's the kicker, the new company could and probably will be trading much higher than what FITX is right now and if your a shareholder from the beginning you'll be glad you had the opportunity buy shares so cheap as they are now.

After the spin off I would expect FITX to drop unless they come up with a lot of nutritional sales, however the new company's share price will reflect the ral value to it's shareholders!
