can anyone tell me why the share structure is maxed?

it was at 609,000,000 for the longest time…then it come out that he sold another 115,000,000 or so…..after he was making all that money?


i know that got lost in the shuffle when the suspension happened….but i thought jeff was making a killing with big contracts? why dilute and screw shareholders then?

no opinion or bashing there…..just a fair question?
