"All current officers and directors of CEN Biotech Inc. will immediately resign from Creative Edge Nutrition" I don't like the wording there. Biotech is still under the umbrella of Creative Edge Nutrition and Creative Edge Nutritions BOD just resigned. So I guess my question is this: if, as the PR states "There can be no assurance that the spinout will ultimately be consummated", if the spin out is never consummated, who is our BOD if they already resigned? I'm not sure I'm understanding all this correctly.
