AMBS' "incubator biz model" reaffirms my thoughts that they build to sell.

It does not come as a surprise to me. I own a humble holdings company as well and that may help me to have a good feel to what possible strategies the company is adopting.
There are many ways to creatively structure a holdings company. I believe Gerald and his team know what they are doing.
I will use an analogy to discuss the recent conern and impatience of some shareholders about Gerald seemingly not fulfilling his promises. If one wants to view and buy a house, he does not drive there in a limousine but in a small car. He will get a better bargain.
I am not surprised if the company acquires another one or two assets before he reveals his first deal trump card. The dateline of 31 Jan 2015 to make further payments for ESS does make the whole game more interesting or revealing.
The ducks should be all lined up nicely.
