Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't FITX own 75% of CEN Biotech Inc? If so, wouldn't FITX get 75% of the new share structure in CEN Biotech? Those shares would then be divided up to the existing share holders based on the number of shares/percentage that THEY held in FITX? Or am I over simplifying this?
