That is the million dollar question. We don't have enough information at this point to make that assessment. At face value, we should be in the exact same position as we are today. I plan to hold and possibly add if the share price drops. If this transaction is completed in a non dilutive manner, it could be very beneficial for the shareholders. JMO..
