Can you please explain #1 - "will be able to trade again" and #2 - "Company chill" is the stock about to be frozen and why is there a chill and what does this mean for the company as of right now?
#3 - out of curiosity, why is the company going to a new transfer agent?

#5 - can you verify that the water permit is not needed even though we are working with dry processing? see the link
