Another question to ponder:
In the first part of the PR Cen Bio is referred to as a "wholly owned subsidiary".
At the end of the PR it states that Cen Bio was formed as a "partially owned subsidiary".
Could this mean that the private investor will receive shares in the new company and will no longer have 25% off the top? If so, this is a big plus for shareholders. Thoughts?
