Ok..I am not an expert but it's my limited understanding of the press release that what ever percentage you own in Creative Edge you will then get the same percentage in the new company CEN Bio....so you may have less shares but at a higher price and the same total value....

So you get free shares and have the ability to make money on the PPS rise in Creative edge and CEN Bio...

How can anyone believe this could be a bad thing....
