Point taken--but from what has gone on so far, I think the intent is to have a smaller share structure to uplist sooner and attract the big boys to buy in, and move the share price up. It would be in the best interest of the shareholders, and the new company to keep the OS as low as possible.

I do not think that Bill would try and pull that type of scheme, from what I have observed IMHO.
