Sounds like an IPO to me and length and amount of shares held will dictate shares received from the spin off. IMHO FITX is a buy and hold until this transaction takes place. The future Ukrainian news is gonna be a kicker. I have a feeling the wait will not be that long. The puzzle is coming together. GLTA
