If you look at eBay and PayPal you see ichan wants a spin off because it creates value. This is assuming the the spin off will grow. In our case we are more interested in the medical company than the nutritional company. If this happens I will probably move my shares in the nutritional company to medical because I don't think the nutritional has much of a future. That's just an opinion... Could be wrong.
